  6. Mastermedia uses online “cookies” to collect traffic and data usage of our website.  Cookies also allow Mastermedia to provide additional functionality online.
  7. Mastermedia works with trusted vendors to improve the quality and accuracy of our database.

The online information we collect from you includes your name, address, city, state, zip, telephone number(s), email address, and when making a donation, a credit card number and expiration date.

In order to improve and enhance our online services, we may also periodically ask you to provide voluntary information such contact preferences, online suggestions, or information regarding your demographical information.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your information is used to benefit your involvement in our organization:

  1. Enabling you to complete a transaction online.
  2. Issuing you an income tax receipt for your donation.
  3. Updating you on giving and ministry opportunities.
  4. Contacting you.

Credit card numbers are only used for processing payments of your donation and/or pledges. We also provide you the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list (please review the corresponding section of this privacy policy below).

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
The first protection we ensure is that Mastermedia International never sells, rents, leases or exchanges your personal information with other organizations. The identity of all who contact us through our website will be kept confidential. The use of your information is limited to internal purposes of Mastermedia International by authorized individuals and serves to only further Mastermedia International and no other corporation or organization.  In some instances, Mastermedia International may contract with outside vendors to do research on the organizational database, or assist the organization in contacting selected segments of the database for organizational purposes.  In every such case, your information will be protected from unauthorized access, sharing, use, or abuse by any entity with whom Mastermedia International does business.

Mastermedia International makes every effort to ensure the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information, we have established and implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Mastermedia International uses Internet Encryption Software, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. Any information you enter is encrypted at your browser, sent over the public Internet in encrypted form, then de-encrypted at our server. Once we receive your credit card information, it is accessible only to a small number of trusted staff who are specially trained in processing this information.

REMOVING YOUR NAME FROM OUR MAILING LIST
www.mastermediaintl.org allows you to manage which email lists you subscribe to when you log into your account. Additionally, you can be removed from any future communications from our organization by contacting us at www.mastermediaintl.org/contact.
