Larry Poland is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Mastermedia International, Inc., and holds a degree in Social Science from Wheaton College, Master's and Ph.D. degrees from Purdue University, and a Master of Divinity degree. Dr. Poland has been a college professor and president, and directed a global volunteer service organization.

He has travelled to 80 countries in his various capacities as an executive, lecturer, conference speaker, and consultant. He is the author of numerous articles and six books, and hosts a daily program on over 335 radio stations nationwide.

In two decades of consulting work in media, he has developed trust relationships with executives from more than 400 media companies, and was featured in the 1999 book, The 365 Most Influential People in the World.
